The Perfect Lie — Membership & Facility Policies
1. General Facility Policies
• Walk-in customers are welcome when simulator bays are available.
• All play sessions can be booked in advance through our online system.
• Bays are rented by the hour, not per person.
• Each bay includes up to 4 players in the base rate.
• Proper care and respect for equipment and staff are required at all times.
• The Perfect Lie reserves the right to end sessions early in cases of misuse, unsafe conduct, or policy violations.

2. Membership Overview
• Memberships are available in three tiers — Par, Birdie, and Eagle.
• Members may choose monthly or annual billing (annual receives a discount).
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Members must be 18+ years old.
• Junior memberships (age 15 and under) are available at half the price of the adult tier and require a parent or eligible adult member present at all times.

3. Guest Policies
• Members may bring guests at the discounted guest rates below:
•   – Par: $15/hour per guest thereafter
•   – Birdie: 1 free guest pass per month | $10/hour per guest thereafter
•   – Eagle: 2 free guest passes per month | $5/hour per guest thereafter
• Guests must be accompanied by the member and sign a waiver before play.
• Guest passes are non-transferable and expire at the end of the membership period.

4. Booking & Cancellations
• Members receive priority booking based on tier:
•   – Par = 72 hours advance
•   – Birdie = 7 days advance
•   – Eagle = 14 days advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% session fee.
• No-shows may result in the loss of the session or membership hour.

5. Membership Hours & Add-Ons
• Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Additional hours can be purchased at the member’s discounted add-on rate.
• All hours must be booked under the member’s account.

6. Junior Memberships
• Juniors (age 15 and under) receive all membership benefits at half price.
• Juniors must always be accompanied by a parent or eligible member while playing.
• Safety and etiquette must be observed at all times.

7. Payment & Billing
• Memberships automatically renew monthly or annually unless canceled in writing.
• A valid payment method is required for recurring billing.
• Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access.

8. Code of Conduct
• Respect all players, staff, and property.
• Disorderly, intoxicated, or offensive behavior is not tolerated.
• The Perfect Lie is a community-friendly space; professionalism and courtesy are expected.

9. Safety & Liability
• All members and guests must sign a waiver prior to play.
• Players assume responsibility for personal conduct and equipment use.
• The Perfect Lie is not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost items.
