Club Policies

Welcome to The Perfect Lie. Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed environment where golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the game, great company, and a great atmosphere. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that all guests and members follow the policies below.

General Conduct

  • Treat staff, members, and guests with respect at all times.
  • Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates club policies.

Simulator Use

  • Only the person hitting may stand within the simulator hitting area.
  • Always be aware of your surroundings before swinging.
  • Only clean golf balls approved by the facility may be used in the simulators.
  • Do not hit balls when people are in front of the hitting area or near the screen.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by reckless or improper use.

Equipment

  • Personal golf clubs are welcome and encouraged.
  • Guests using house clubs are responsible for using them properly and returning them after use.
  • Any intentional damage to equipment or facility property may result in replacement charges.

Food & Beverage

  • Outside food is welcome, but guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves
  • Outside beverages are not permitted.
  • All beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased from The Perfect Lie.
  • Alcohol service complies with North Carolina ABC laws.
  • Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol and may be asked to present valid ID.

Memberships

  • Memberships are intended for individual use unless otherwise specified.
  • Membership benefits may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
  • Management reserves the right to modify membership offerings or policies as the club evolves.

Reservations & Time Limits

  • Simulator time may be reserved in advance or booked in person depending on availability.
  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • Additional time may be purchased if availability allows.

Liability

Golf and simulator use involve inherent risks. By using the facility, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to use the equipment responsibly.

All guests may be required to complete a liability waiver prior to using the simulators.

Right to Refuse Service

The Perfect Lie reserves the right to refuse service or terminate simulator use at any time for:

  • Safety concerns
  • Policy violations
  • Intoxication
  • Damage to equipment or facility
